Hart Wellness Yoga 

I want to support you on your yoga journey to improved mobility and flexibility whilst combining this with breathwork to bring about a sense of calm. Many people tell me they can't do yoga because they're not flexible. I say, then you will benefit from attending a yoga class. I know we can't all bend ourselves in two, and who would want to? What we want is to be able to move freely for the rest of our lives.

My classes are non-judgemental and uncompetitive. Everyone has different capabilities, and what you find easy one day might be impossible the next. You will be treated as an individual and will be nurtured and guided, with the use of props where needed. 

Classes are intentionally small to allow me to offer individual touch support. You can, of course, opt out of this. In fact, everything in my classes is by invitation. If you want to sleep through my class, then that's fine. Trust me, I've seen this more than once!

If nothing else, I want you to at least leave my classes feeling happy and relaxed!
